Nelson Sauvin Hops

Nelson Sauvin is a dual purpose hop from New Zealand. Although it's classified as a dual purpose hop, the bittering quality can be a little harsh so we would recommend using this as a first wort addition. In our opinion, the best use for Nelson Sauvin is for its flavour and aroma qualities. With notes of gooseberries and white wine fruitiness, this is a hop with character.

Can stand on its own, but we feel it works best blended with other hops.
