Cooper’s English Bitter

It is still bubbling away in the wort. The last time that I made it I used 50/50 dextrose and light malt, plus 15 grammes of Golding’s Hops and it was very tasty. Just enough bitterness from the hops.
So I’ve repeated that recipe this time.

Service was great as always. I have heard good things about this tin, I picked up some cracked maris otter (for partial mash), LDME and SafAle 04 as well… quality products- looking forward to this brew being ready!
