Weyermann Acidulated Malt
Acidulated Malt is used in reducing the mash-pH improving mash efficiency and improving flavour stability. It can also be used to pre-sour your wort if you are making a kettle sour. Can be used it in any beer style for its acidification of the mash.
Recommended use up to 20% of grain bill based on your desired outcome. As a rough guide, 1% use will reduce mash pH by 0.1. If you need help working this out, ask one of our friendly staff.
