Icon Liqueurs Limoncello

Limoncello - a zesty yellow liqueur with fresh citrus aromas, it's the sweet taste of Italian summer in a glass. 

Makes 1 litre.

An Italian liqueur traditionally made from the zest of lemons, sugar, water and of course alcohol  -  it’s like adult spiked lemonade! Still Spirits Icon Liqueurs Limoncello flavouring makes it easy to make this lemon liqueur at home. 

Simply mix the flavouring with a little water and vodka or other neutral alcohol.  Drink it straight away or let it age in the bottle for 2 weeks.  Sip on it chilled, but not over ice, before or after a meal or mix it in a cocktail. 

Mixing Instructions
Add the bottle contents to a 1 L (33.8 US fl oz) bottle, add 90 ml (3.0 US fl oz) of water and top up with vodka or neutral alcohol at 50% ABV.

Ingredients
Invert sugar syrup, water, fructose syrup, glucose syrup, flavourings, preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate), acid (citric acid).
