Propioni Shermanii Swiss Cheese Culture
Propionic Shermanii Swiss Cheese Culture suitable for 100 litres of milk.
Propionic culture produces the characteristic eyes (holes), aroma and flavour associated with Swiss, Gruyere and Emmenthal. This culture is to be used with a Thermophilic culture for preparing Swiss-type cheeses.
Direct Inoculation Starter Culture.
Suitable for 100 L milk.
Each sachet is very concentrated and comes with two free sterile jars.
