Joe White Distiller's Malt

Distiller's Malt is designed for distillers who use a large percentage of raw/unmalted grains or who want maximum conversion of starch in their mash. Perfect for use in bourbons, whiskys. Typical colour is <5 EBC. 

Recommended up to 100% of the grain bill.

Buy by the kilo cracked or uncracked, or a bulk bag of 25kg uncracked.
