Calypso Hops

Calypso is a dual purpose hop which was originally bread for aroma and flavour. It has a complex mix of stone fruit, apple and pear, but can also express light lime, citrus and subtle earthy quality.

Goes well with any Ale styles including Stouts and Barley wines. If you want to add some complexity to your hop aroma, Calypso could be the answer.
