Learn to Brew Month - November 2023

Want to learn how to brew beer? Not sure where to start (or what it will taste like - is it really any good)

Maybe you are already brewing but want to up your skills? Maybe test out all grain?

Saturday November 4 is the American Home Brew Associations ‘Learn to Home Brew Day’.

We love home brewing so much we’ve decided to celebrate all month, with workshops running at all of our stores and online.

If you’ve ever wanted to get into home brewing, now is the time.

Join us for a workshop to learn about the different methods for brewing beer at home:

At each workshops we will:

Demonstrate step-by-step how to put down your first brew with a standard, store bought starter kit
Explain the importance of cleaning and sanitising
Talk about the different styles of beers you can brew at home
Explain the different types of ingredients and equipment available to make your brew shine
Demonstrate step-by-step how to brew from Fresh Wort Kits (FWK’s) and explain what the FWK they are
Show to steps to brewing an all grain recipe on using the Grainfather all grain brewing system
Show you how to bottle and keg your beer
Taste some delicious beer (yeah - we’ll let you taste some too)!
