Beer Recipe Kit Subscription - FAQ's

General Questions

What is included in each subscription pack?

Your pack each month will include all the ingredients you need to make the beer of the month. It comes with step by step instructions to put down the brew. 

Where do I access recipe instructions?

They’ll be included in the kit, along with a QR to access the step by step brewing video. 

Is there a minimum membership length?

While this subscription is best enjoyed over 12 months, there is no lock in contract. It’s a pay by the month subscription.  You can cancel at anytime.

How do I pay for my subscription?

Subscription charges are processed monthly on the anniversary of your first payment. So if you sign up on the 10th of the month, payments will be charged every month on the 10th. 

Should a payment be unsuccessful due to insufficient funds available you will be notified by email. We’ll try up to 4 times, every 3 days. 

Should your card be lost, stolen or has expired please contact us with updated details.

Can I choose which recipes are included?

No, the brew schedule is intentionally planned. It’s a selection of our best sellers that have all been tried and tested by us and our customers.

If you’ve got a favourite beer from our recipes, you can set that up on a separate subscription at intervals of 1, 2, 3 or 6 months.

Delivery Questions

Where do you deliver?

Delivery is available across NSW, QLD, VIC, TAS & SA. 

We are unable to deliver to NT and WA at this stage

How much is delivery?

When you enter your delivery address on the checkout page you’ll see your delivery options for your address. 

Who delivers the recipe kits?

We work with Australia Post and Aramex for our deliveries. 

Can I add delivery instructions?

Yes, you can add a note at check out with any instructions for delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, sure thing. The option is available for pick up from any of our retail stores. You’ll get a notification from us to let you know when it’s ready. 

There is no charge for click and collect orders.

Who do I contact if I have any issues relating to the beer subscription or delivery?

Can I put my beer subscription membership on hold?

We get it, sometimes you want to take a break from brewing. Maybe you are going on holiday or life is just a bit busier for a while. 

To give you flexibility when you need it, you can pause your subscription for 1, 2 or 3 months. 

Can I add products?

Unfortunately not,  subscriptions are set up as a recurring order so it’s tricky to add other products. If you need other stuff, like extra bottles, cleaners and sanitisers or carb drops, you can create a separate order for delivery or pick up or drop us an email with what you need and we can create the order for you. 

Can I get other products on subscription?

Yes, you can set up a separate subscription for a range of other products in our store.  Including individual beer recipe kits and bulk quantities of extract cans and spirit essences.
