Follow up to previous post

So after 5 weeks started drinking the cider. Must say I was disappointed - there is very little apple taste at all. Maybe I shouldnt have added the enzymes, dont know as this is a first go at cider. Carbonation is good. Have resorted to adding apple concentrate and topping up with the 'cider' when drinking. This then makes for a pleasant refreshing drink. Am going to have another go at cider making, but maybe with a different brand as there needs to be more flavour and mouth feel than this current batch.

Black Rock cider first time tried

Have been making beer for a while and decided to give cider a go. Used the Black Rock cider, yeat that it came with and also added some enzymes (Morgans) as I wanted a dry finish. Fermented as per expectations and post fermentation pre bottling tasting would indicate that it should turn out ok. Will know in 5 or so weeks from now.
