Hot - Ingredients: ground corriander, sweet paprika, chili flakes, black pepper, salt. May contain traces of nuts, egg, milk and gluten. 

Add 3g of cure #2 (sold separately) per kg, along with 125g Kosher Salt (or 25g per kilo – sold separately).
