This Pepper Saucission Seasoning helps you make your own traditional French salami from a premium quality blend of peppers and salt. Add 135g to 5kg of meat.

If making fermented sausage, you’ll need to add cure or Kosher Salt. Simply add 3g of Cure #2 (sold separately) per kg along with 125g Kosher Salt (also sold separately).
