Brew it as it comes or pimp it up with:

• Up to 200g of American ‘C’ hops - thats Cascade, Centennial or Columbus for a piney, earthy aroma
• Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka hops for a more tropical stonefruit vibe

Recommended fermentables:

• 1.5kg Light Malt Extract
