Enigma Hops

As its name suggests, Enigma is a tricky hop to properly understand. This Australian hop is typically used for aroma and flavour with descriptors ranging from white grapes to light tropical fruit but also include raspberries, redcurrant and rockmelon.

This is a hop that is worth exploring on its own as well as in combination with other hops.
