Joe White Medium Crystal Malt

Medium Crystal Malt gives an intense toasted caramel and with more subtle burnt sugar notes. There are also subtle notes of dried dark-fruit (raisins, figs and prunes). It can be used for body and flavour enhancers for darker beers like amber and stronger brown ales, porters and stouts. Adds toasted raisiny, fruity aromas in Belgain Dubbels and dark ales.

Recommended up to 15% of your grain bill.
