The Apollo Titan 30L Stainless Steel Pressure Fermenter. 

A pressure fermenter gives you the ability to ferment faster, carbonate in the fermenter as well as perform oxygen free transfers to your kegs or bottles so your beverages always stay fresh.

Unlike the Australian Made PET Plastic Pressure Fermenters, the stainless steel body of Apollo Titan provides you with a tank that will last a lifetime and the ability to clean using hot cleaning solutions.
