still bubbling

Hi
Have a brew going for 16 days & it is still randomly bubbling. I added the hops after 4 days when the main bubbling had settled & the hydrometer test is ok now. I wanted to bottle it today but the random bubbling concerns me.

Morgans alcoholic ginger beer

This is the first time I have brewed a ginger beer… The ginger aftertaste is amazing, the beer from the tap tastes a little light/ watery but I’m sure I’ll work it out once I’ve brewed it a few times with a little tweaking.
