Brew your own delicious West Coast IPA with this 1.8kg extract can kit! 

This golden delight has a crisp, clean mouthfeel and medium bitterness from the hopped ale malts, followed by a stone fruit and citrus finish from the  Mosaic dry-hopping.

Can kit includes:

• American Ale Yeast
• Mosaic Hop Pellets

Brew it as it comes or experiment and craft a beer that’s all your own with extra  hop additions:

• up to 200g of hops like Centennial, Cascade, Citra, Amarillo, Galaxy, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka for citrus or fruity aromas
• Columbus hops to craft a beer with  more piney notes 

Recommended fermentables:

• 1.5kg Light Malt Extract plus
• 1kg Light Dry malt extract or 1kg dextrose

This 1.8 kilo can makes 21 litres of beer (that’s the equivalent of 56 stubbies).
