Pouring amber with a white head, this is a medium bodied Tripel with complex spiced fruit flavour and aroma, followed by sweet grainy malt notes and a gentle warmth in the finish. 

ABV Approx: 8.2% (based on use with 1kg brewing sugar)

Hops: Saaz 50g

Yeast: LE Belgian Tripel 20g

Bitterness: 2/5

IBU: 18-24          

Colour: Pale Amber

Extra fermentables required: 1kg (2.2lb) brewing sugar/brew Enhancer OR 1.4kg (3.08lb) Beer Enhancer 1
