Caramel and cocoa sweetness is balanced by a medium hop bitterness. 

Can kit includes:

• American Ale Yeast
• Chinook hop pellets

To add more depth to the flavour profile add up to 100g of hops like Simcoe, Citra or Centennial for piney, resiny aromas. 

Recommended fermentables:

• 1kg Dark Liquid Malt and
• 1kg Dark Dry Malt (or Dextrose)
• Lactose (if you want more sweetness and body
