Joe White Vienna Malt
Vienna is a pale base malt with a slightly sweet caramel character. It is kilned at a higher temperature that Pale and Ale malts, but still retains enough enzyme activity to be used as a base malt. Can be used to add complexity in blonde ales and pale lagers (2-20%). Use it for Vienna Lager, Marzen, Dunkelweizen and Bock style beers.
Recommended up to 100% of your grain bill.
