ESB Celtic Red Ale Fresh Wort Kit
A ruby red, malt driven, smooth Irish red ale with a fine cream coloured head and traditionally hopped (UK hops) woodsy finish. The introduction of EKG late in the boil leaves it with a mild sweetness and light floral aroma making this Irish red smoother than James Bond in a tux.
Time poor? Wort kits are the way to brew.
Simply add wort to your fermenter, top up with water to 20L (if required), pitch yeast and ferment.
Dry hop on day four (if needed).
Ferment for a week, clear for a week (or crash cool), keg or bottle and enjoy. Cheers!
