Brick Road Classic Pacific Pale Ale 1.5kg

Brew up a batch of Classic Pacific Pale Ale with Brick Road Brewing Co’s extract can kit. 

This Pacific Pale Ale use an extra light malt base (for a fresh white bread kinda taste). The 1.5 kilo can comes with an Ale yeast. 

Get creative and brew it at home your way with hop additions - at least 30g of  Cascade, Citra, Galaxy, Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka hops.

Recommended fermentables:

For Pacific Pale Ale

• 1.5kg Extra Pale Malt Extract

For a lighter Pale Ale

• 1kg Light Dry malt extract or
• 1kg dextrose
