Fermentation 2weeks SG 1005 put straight into a keg, overnight chilled in fridge down to 4 degree C.
Cold CO2 at 200kpa shook shit out of keg reasonably for 5 minutes, dropping pressure to 8psi . 30 minutes later poured one of the best Pale ales I have made.
Better than Cooper's that's for sure
