Air Still Pro - a new way to distill at home.

A small-batch, 2-in-1 distillation system the Air Still pro has a multi-purpose condenser and interchangeable distillation tips - sounds fancy, what does that mean?

It can be used as a reflux still - to make high quality, clean neutral spirits at up to 90% ABV

If flavoursome spirits are more your thing - like whisky , bourbons and rums with big bold flavours or botanical-infused gin, switch to pot still mode, which produces spirit at up to 80% ABV.

The Still Spirits Airstill Pro is automated - measuring and collecting foreshots (the first 30ml of distillate), so you can discard them easily. Saving time, by reducing the steps in the process and improving safety.

Unlike other reflux stills which may require an input cooling source, like water, the Air Sill Pro column cools itself.

Easy to use, portable and with a smaller environmental footprint - its a great choice if you are short on space or on the move (its easy to take in the caravan or boat).

Whether you are a keen beginner or more advanced distiller the Airstill Pro will work for you.

In Australia it is illegal to use this system to produce alcohol for consumption without a licence from the Customs and Excise Department.
